张改英，女，博士，副教授，研究方向为统计计算与全局优化。
本科毕业于兰州大学数学系，后获西安交通大学博士。

曾主持陕西省省级攻关项目“骨髓细胞自动识别与判别分类分析系统的研究”，(2006K04-G16), 2006.01~2009.12。
